Drumstick Memoni Biryani Recipe (Authentic & Flavorful)

What is Memoni Biryani?

Memoni Biryani originates from the Memon community, known for its rich culinary traditions across Pakistan and parts of India. It’s spicier and more rustic than typical biryanis, often using fewer tomatoes and more yogurt and green chilies for its distinct tang and heat. What makes this version unique is the inclusion of drumsticks (moringa pods), a beloved vegetable in South Asian kitchens.
